Refund policy
Every product from Ver con Ber is “made to order,” meaning it is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Additionally, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours from the time of your order. If you think there was an error with your order, please reach out to us right away at info@verconber.nl.
In the unlikely event that one or more items in your order are damaged during transit by our shipping partners, please send clear, detailed photos of the damage along with images of the packaging to info@verconber.nl. For orders with significant damage, Ver con Ber may choose to repair or replace the affected items at our discretion after reviewing the submitted photos (“Damage Review”). By requesting a Damage Review, you agree to the following conditions: 1) Photos of the damaged items must be clear and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) These photos must be sent to Ver con Ber within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier; 3) Photos must be taken immediately after receiving the items, and the items should not be hung, placed, or installed before the photos are captured; 4) A Damage Review may take a minimum of thirty (30) business days, and Ver con Ber has the discretion to either repair or replace the damaged items; 5) The delivery of any replacement items will depend on current manufacturing capacity, inventory, and shipping timelines, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs if Ver con Ber decides to repair or replace the items.
