Orders
When will my order arrive?
Our fine art prints typically require about 5-10 business days for printing, framing, and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Do you include any payment information on the package?
No, we do not include invoices with your shipment. Our fine art prints make wonderful gifts, and we also offer Gift Cards if you're unsure what to select for that special someone.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
In the rare event that your print arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us right away. We’d appreciate it if you could send photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging to info@verconber.nl, so we can assist you. Please remember to include images of the box, even if it appears undamaged.

What are your frames made from?
Our light and dark brown frames are crafted from wood and our black frames are made from MDF wood.
Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?
We use high quality glass for all our framed artworks.
Are any of your prints signed or numbered?
Yes, all our framed art prints are signed and numbered in editions to guarantee you a unique piece for your home. The Blocks are signed but not numbered.
Can I order the prints without a frame?
Currently, all our prints are sold framed to ensure they arrive ready to hang!
Is Acrylic Glass only available in your Large size?
Yes, at this time, prints on acrylic glass are offered exclusively in our Large size.
What do you recommend for hanging hardware?
All our frames and acrylic prints come ready to hang with appropriate hooks. For small size frames, we suggest using screws, while anchors are recommended for our Medium and Large sizes.
Are your prints glossy or matte in finish?
Our Small-sized framed artworks are printed on Fuji Lustre fine art paper, also with a matte finish. All our Medium-sized framed artworks are printed on heavy 308 g/m², 100% cotton Hahnemühle photo rag paper with a matte finish.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Since each artwork is custom printed and framed just for you, we are unable to accept returns.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Any cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of your original purchase. Because we custom print and frame each piece for you, adjustments cannot be made once we begin the framing process.
